Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking: Winemaking sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Session Duration: Each winemaking session lasts approximately 45 minutes. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your experience. Booking Confirmation: After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the session details. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Health and Safety: All participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided before the session. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or health conditions we should be aware of.
