Cancellation Policy
Consultation Duration: Each product consultation typically lasts 30 minutes. If you require additional time, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. Booking Confirmation: Once your consultation is booked, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your appointment details and our preparation suggestions. Cancellation Policy: We request that cancellations be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation. At this time we do not charge a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to find a new time that works for you. Consultation Content: Please be ready with any specific questions, products, or details you’d like to discuss during the consultation to maximize its effectiveness.
